The commission is for personal use only. If you are interested in commissioning me for commercial purposes, other fees and conditions may apply.

The communication will mainly take place via e-mail.

Visual image references of the character(s) and outfit are required.

Sometimes I use different brushes / techniques which result in a little bit different final results. If you would like a commission in a certain style similar to a certain drawing of mine, please send me the reference picture.

The time it takes to finish your commission varies from 2 weeks - 4 months depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece and other work. Due to working full time and doing art in my free time, I cannot accept deadlines. Furthermore I ask you to be patient. Thank you!

Humans or humanoid characters (animal features such as e.g. merfolk, naga, centaurs etc. are OK as long as there is a human face, anything beyond needs to be discussed)

Preferably male or androgynous characters (simply because I have more practise here, female characters need to be discussed)

The currency accepted is EUR.

Payment upfront via Paypal only - Payment is to be made in advance.

Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.

A payment request will be sent to your Paypal E-Mail as soon as we negotiated all the details for the commission.

I will begin working on the commission as soon as the payment went through.

Revisions: One sketch revision and one pallet revision (if colors are included). Suggestions for minor changes within reason are welcome, but any revisions beyond those require extra billing to be agreed on.

You will receive WIPs of the commission as I progress.

After the payment was fullfilled and the commission completed, you will receive the digital file in full resolution (usually 300 dpi, png file).

Full refund only if I haven't started working on the commission yet.

The kill fee for canceling the commission after work has begun is 50% of the commission's price. The client then receives the work as is. If the buyer wishes to cancel the commission after the work has started, the buyer can be issued a refund but agrees to pay the kill fee.

No refunds for finished works. In case you are not satisfied with the completed artwork, I will do my best to make reasonable fixes.

If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you by myself.

If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.

I reserve the right to reject, cancel and refund any order at any time for any reason.

I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork. This includes concepts, sketches, work in progresses (WIP) and the like as well as the final result.

I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork (your characters are still yours, etc.)

I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork (WIPs and the final version) online, on any website and social channels, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books. If desired, I will give credit to the commissioner. If that is not desired, an exclusivity fee may apply.

I prohibit the usage of my work in any way for anything related to AI or NFT!

You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).

You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels or use it as a profile picture, banner etc., but must credit me.

You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, making prints for selling, etc.)

You may NOT remove the watermark or signature.

You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent. This includes copying, tracing, editing etc.

You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes. The commissioned artwork is for personal use only!
